RETURN POLICY

We offer 21 days easy returns after delivery.

You can choose either one option of below polices:

1.     Return for Refund of payment made for the price of purchased item.

2.     Replacement due to Damaged, Defective or false item received.

RETURN POLICIES

We are committed to provide quality products to all our customers.  Meanwhile we also hope that you are satisfied and love with your purchase from Jeuner Beauty. We realize that customers might want to return or exchange their products. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase you might return to the information below.

– Return your order within 21 days of purchase and receive a full refund.

– Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

– We informed that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

– Postage is to be bear by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.

– Ensure that to return along with your receipt, invoice or packing slip and note the reason for your return.

IMPORTANT Information

– In order to protect our customers, we handle every returns or exchange with fairness and reasonable to all our customers. There is certain situation we would like our customers to take note, including:

– Customers will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded. (*Different case comes with a Damaged Item*)

– Please ensure that you keep your invoice or receipt, if you don’t record and provide us your order number or invoice number, because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for packages that come from nowhere.

– All returns will be credited back to the original Credit card, Debit card or Bank account used during your purchase.

– Returns will be processed within 1-3 weeks once our office received your return item.

– Please do not post any Parcel C.O.D, as it will not be accepted.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We are willing to exchange or replace any product that is Defective, Damaged or Broken. If you would like to exchange for replacement of your item, below is the information you have to review:

– Exchange only acceptable for the same product that customers has purchase.

– We accept exchanges on items purchased from jeunerbeauty.com within 21 days after receiving the item purchase, items will not be replaced after 21 days. 

– Please enclose the product you wish to exchange, along with your invoice, receipt or packing slip (Basically any prove statements you can provide with your purchase).

– Get in touch with our customer service to proceed further about your defected or damaged item.

PLEASE NOTE:

– JEUNER Beauty reserves the rights to on-hold any refunds if your return item have not reached our warehouse yet.

– Make sure that refund details are correct and completely provide to us.

– Coupons codes cannot be re-used and also non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a coupon code, only the final net paid price (after discount) will be refundable.

– For “Return for refund purpose”, kindly please pack the item properly with safe package and fully wrap to prevent the item from any damage during the returning process.

– Kindly please drop us an email at jeunercust@jeunerbeauty.com.my with your order number and request for all of the return or exchange, we will attend to your email within 1 – 2 business days.
